1. Which operating systems do you work in? 
Standard Windows™ software on Pentium-based PCs is our norm, but we can handle files for Linux and Mac as well. Please make sure you do mention this at time of your enquiry for a quote.
  
2. Do you process files in graphical formats?
Yes, we do process files in graphical formats such as jpg, gif, tiff, etc. However if you have the text version of your document (formats such as doc, xls, txt), it will be great to hand them in at the time of putting your order with us.
 
3. Which Document formats and programs do you support in you DTP services?
Our DTP service covers a wide variety of formats and programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Works, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft FrontPage, PaintShop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Quark XPress, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Acrobat (PDF), etc.
 
4. Can you provide certified translations?
Yes we can offer you certified translations. We use our certified sworn translators for translation of documents which require certifications, (such as Family registers, Resident's cards, Documents relating to legal complaints/petitions, etc.). However you should be aware that higher prices apply to such translations.
 
5. How can I be sure about the accuracy of my translation?
All our translations undergo a multi-stage process which includes the initial translation of the document by a member of our professional staff; a check by a qualified editor to ensure translation accuracy and to catch content and formatting errors or omissions.
 
6. How should I know the number of words in my document? 
Well the easiest way is to let us count them for you. You can either send us your document as an attachment by email. we will be happy to provide a free estimate. If your document is lengthy and you need a fast price quote, you can send us some sample pages and let us know the number of pages of your document. We will then base an estimate of the total number of words and quote you the price and delivery time for your translation.
